While running away from her fiance after witnessing him murdering an innocent man and then being beaten by him, Audra is desperate enough to try to steal Hawk's motorcycle in order to escape detection by the fiance's henchmen. Instead, he agrees to take her with him as he returns home to help her get away - but even though they are from opposite ends of the US, it's a small world and Audra is linked to the Phantom Riders MC in ways they could never anticipate.
If you've not yet read one of Tory Richards' MC stories, be prepared - these are gritty, no holds barred worlds full of men who make no excuses and women who are prepared to show the strength needed to take their place by those same men sides. If you're looking for polite words and behind doors sex, these bad boy alpha MC a-holes aren't gonna provide it. (Find another genre.) If you're curious if you really can have the big "o" from riding the back of a motorcycle, well, keep turning those pages!
Hawk is President of the Phantom Riders MC and after being duped by his old lady, and consequently having to watch her undergo MC justice (aka death), he's build a hard, ice cold shell around his heart. Audra and Hawk have an instant attraction, and so obviously a lot of the book is the push-pull between the two as she tries to crack him open and he refuses to put himself in a weak position with a woman ever again. On top of that Audra is still trying to avoid "capture" by her ex-fiance so that his secrets aren't spilled - but how it all comes to a head may surprise the reader!
Buyer beware a LOT of sex, violence , language - you know, the normal stuff you'd expect from a rockin' good MC book!

This book is sexy as well. Panty melting. The chemistry between the characters has you turning page after page. This book has a lot of naughty in it but also the violence that comes along with the MC. The story line makes you love and hate the characters at the same time. 5 star read.. well worth the money. Can't wait to read the next one.
I was glued to the pages to find out what would happen next with this couple until the very end. I just started reading Tory Richards MC books and I have to say that I am loving the world that she built for these characters. I will be picking up the rest of these stories as soon as I can.
Wow! Tory Richards has done it again! She is absolutely fantastic she's the best! This book gets you hooked from the beginning. I love all her books especially her bikers , boy can she write a book! I recommend this book and this author to everyone you will not be disappointed! Thank you Tory Richards your the best!
Couldn’t put it down. Captivating and raw! There are some expected moments, but then hit with a curve ball you didn’t see coming! Happy reading
